PMAY (Urban) Mobile Application

The PMAY (Urban) mobile application was launched on 14th Feb, 2019 by the Hon'ble Minister of State (I/C) for Housing and Urban Affairs to bring PMAY (Urban) beneficiaries directly in contact with the Mission. The application allows registered beneficiaries of PMAY (U) to upload photos/selfies of house and video of their stories/testimonies and experiences of owning a house under PMAY (U) alongwith Geo-attributes.

This mobile app also allows Citizens to know the details about the scheme, about PMAY (U) progress, FAQs, Social Media Handles and latest news and updates.

Need Assessment of PMAY (U) beneficiaries with respect to the Ayushman Bharat and Ujjwala schemes is also captured through angikaar module of the app by registered angikaar Resource Person (ARPs).

CLSS Tracker in PMAY (U) app – Ministry is in process of adding CLSS tracker in app in order to facilitate CLSS beneficiaries to track the status of their application for CLSS Interest Subsidy on their home loan application.

For effective delivery of citizen centric services, PMAY(U) app is integration on real time basis with following systems.

1. PMAY(Urban) MIS system
2. Ayushman Bharat MIS system
3. Ujjwala MIS system
4. CLSS Awas Portal(CLAP) for CLSS Tracker and CLSS Subsidy Calculator
5. PMAY(U) website and its CMS
6. NIC SMTP Server
