What Initiative Were Taken? : Shelter to the needy

Details : PMC has provided shelter to about 749 homeless citizens from various parts of the city through Pune Municipal School, night shelter. Tea, breakfast, meal arrangements are being provided for these citizens with the help of local activists and NGOs.

Outcome : Sheltering the needy and the homeless is one of the major issues that need to be addressed by all civic bodies. This step enables the corporation to prevent the spread of the virus.
