What Initiative Were Taken? : Massive Disinfection Of Public Spaces
Details : Door to Door disinfection & fumigation is carried out by highly equipped & skilled teams in the area of positive cases of Covid - 19 as well as home quarantees. Till date 10.92 lakh litres of sterilization materials used & 12.22 lakh litres disinfectant medicine also fumigated all over the city.
Outcome : Disinfection operation was taken up for all the 252 municipal parks and gardens. A special care is taken to ensure that the children play areas and the senior citizens are disinfected. In fact, the cleaning operations of garden benches are being disinfected everyday manually in order to stop local spread of virus.
