What Initiative Were Taken? : 24x7 support to resolve issues related to food supply, medicine & stranded citizens through ICCC

Details : The staff of Urban Development & Housing Department and Bhopal Municipal Corporation is deployed 24x7 at Integrated Control and Command Centre of Bhopal for various activates like providing food supplies, medicine, resolve issues of stranded citizens of the State, etc. The IT infrastructure like Video Surveillance System established at ICCC is being utilized is for proper monitoring by Administrative and Police Personnel, a fully functional call centre is operational round the clock to support the citizens of the State. In addition, ICCC established in other cities of Madhya Pradesh are also being utilized for every kind of support possible to contain Covid-19.
