What Initiative Were Taken? : Setting up of Automated Response Team
Details : NMMC has come up with a unique concept to ascertain the health of citizens. An
automated response team has been aligned with a dedicated helpline number 022-
35155012. Through this, system will generate automated calls to all citizens (approx. 1
lakh citizens in 1 hour) and collect 7 predefined questions set related to their health by
simply pressing 1 for Yes and 2 for No. With this data, NMMC at the back office, shall
designate doctors for video calling as per the categories of risk (Low, Moderate and
High)
Outcome : Through this, system will generate automated calls to all citizens (approx. 1

simply pressing 1 for Yes and 2 for No.
