Below are the lists of Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and Urban Development Authorities (UDAs) where PMAY-U is being implemented, including newly constituted urban statutory towns post-Census 2011. These lists are tentative and will be updated as necessary to reflect any additions or dissolutions of urban statutory towns or development authorities.
States/Union Territories (UTs) are directed to meticulously review these lists to ensure alignment with the latest Gazette Notifications issued to date. Any inaccuracies or omissions must be addressed immediately to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the data regarding the total number of urban statutory towns and urban areas falling under development authorities to ensure the effective implementation of PMAY-U 2.0.
