What Initiative Were Taken? : Work done Nulm personnel in lock down and details related to helping Nulm beneficiaries and others

Details : To prevent the spread of COVID-19, National lockdown has been imposed by Hon Prime Minister since 25thMarch 2020 to17thMay 2020 in three phases to save entire citizens. In such condition, there is essential to maintain the rules of Lockdown to break the chain of COVID-19, which has now widely dispersed and impacted many lives and livelihood in the country.(a) Sensitization/ Fogging Work is being done by Municipal council medininagar at 35ward , medininagar market ,Vegetable market, slum basti, Street Locality, Bank, Petrol Pump and other Offices etc. (b) Two Shelter home are being operated under the Municipal council medininagar in which the food is being provided to the homeless people.

Outcome : The World Health Organization has declared COVID – 19 as a pandemic disease. The purpose is to interrupt the transmission of the virus through Social distancing, issue of Lockdown passes for minimal movements and Awareness generation among the citizen to break the chain of disease during lockdown period. The people living in the slum colony get free food to all of them, the lack of food requirement is removed and the street vendors get the convenience of their movement by getting a pass and the members of the shg group get dry ration of their food grains. The problem does not occur. The output of the initiatives ensuring social distancing, less mobilty, distribution of basic services.
