Details : "As per the order of the government in the shelter home of Modasa municipality, from the day the lockdown started, inter-state laborers from different states for employment in Gujarat have set out to return to their homeland as the Rajasthan border is near Modasa city. As many as 300 interstate laborers are seeking shelter at Modasa Municipality. Shelter is provided to 117 people and 160 people at the Temporary Shelter Home (Sport Complex). Medicine is given twice and if necessary, medicine is given. In addition, Ayurvedic is given to them to increase their immunity. Decoctions and homeopathic remedies are also given.food,medical check up,face masks,senitizers are provided to them.

Outcome : Carrom boards, bat-balls, flower rackets and cards have been arranged by the municipality and NGOs for the entertainment of inter-state laborers kept in Modasa Shelter.From time to time the Modasa Shelter and the Shelter Home (Sport Complex) built on a temporary basis are sanitized.Workers from Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh living in shelter homes have been sent to their hometowns.
