Details : To protect public health during the COVID 19 pandemic, Oulgaret Municipality, Puducherry set up a call centre named “Dial & Get Facility” in three languages – Tamil, English & French under the aegis of City Livelihood Center in partnership with M/s Navayaga Consultancy Service on April 3, 2020. The Service Providers and Vendors have been empanelled to provide the essential services such as Tele-Medicine, Psychosocial Counseling, Tele-Yoga, Medicines, Groceries and Fruits & Vegetables to the citizens. This initiative emerges as a “one-stop shop” and set an example of using technology in the times of the social distancing. Public can reach out to get the services on 7806801159,60,61,62.
