What Initiative Were Taken? : Shelter and Health services for Migrant workers
Details : Migrant workers around 800 (Male- 650: Female - 150) from Bihar,Jarkhand,Odisa,West Bengal and Assam at an average 150 from each state have been tested for Covid-19 infection and none found positive and are provided with accommodation at site (Gandhi Nagar,Anna Nagar and Kamaraj Nahar Nallagoundam palayam AHP).Masks have been provided to them all.
Nathi palayam -528 tenements in progress for 96 migrant workers. Male-88.Female- 8. West Bengal-46,Jarkhand-25,Bihar-25. All the facilities are given to them also. Separate Watch and Ward provided in both the sites for Lock down.
