What Initiative Were Taken? : Distribution of Masks & Sanitzer for Health Safety against COVID -19 to PMAY (U) Beneficiaries

Details : To motivate the movement and give a message to break the COVID chain, Shri Rajeev Ranjan Director, Directorate of Municipal Administration (Mission Director, SLNA) along with Ranchi Municipal Corporation and team has distributed various safety measures like mask, hygiene related things at free of cost along with IEC material to various needy family for awareness generation and health safety including PMAY (U) beneficiaries. The free distributions take place in Ward no. 51, Ranchi Municipal Corporation.

Outcome : To prevent the spread of COVID-19, National lockdown has been imposed by Hon Prime Minister since 25th April 2020 to 3rd May 2020 in two phases to save entire citizens in the country. Govt. of India, along with convergence of various departments and with the consultation of Ministries issued various guidelines regarding health safety measures. In such extreme condition all over the nation, there is essential to maintain the rules of Lockdown to break the chain of COVID-19.
